Welcome to TinyCosmos - Bachay & Beyond's Policies page. Here, we outline our commitments to fairness, transparency, and the safety of our students. We want to ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment for every child in our care. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with these guidelines.
Parent agreement & terms of enrollment
TinyCosmos – Bachay & Beyond offers personalized tutoring programs for students in Grades 1–8. Each student is placed in a class group according to their grade level and chosen subjects. Enrollment is confirmed once both the registration form and down payment have been received. TinyCosmos reserves the right to decline or postpone enrollment if a program has reached full capacity or if the selected class level is not suitable for the student’s current learning needs.
Parents and students agree to the following terms and conditions upon registration:

Payments & Fees: A non-refundable down payment (DP) is required to secure a student’s spot in the selected program. The DP will be applied toward the total program fee and is not an additional cost. Remaining payments must be completed by the Friday before the final Saturday class of the month. If a student misses more than two consecutive sessions, all scheduled charges will still apply; missed sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Discounts and package offers are only valid if payments are made on time and in full.

Attendance & Conduct: Consistent attendance is encouraged to maintain steady academic progress. While attendance is not strictly enforced, TinyCosmos does not provide refunds or make-up sessions for absences. All students are expected to uphold respectful and positive behavior toward tutors and peers. TinyCosmos maintains a three-strike policy: any student who exhibits repeated disrespectful or disruptive behavior may be subject to removal from the program without refund after three documented warnings.

Program Commitment: Enrollment applies to the subjects and sessions selected at registration. Changes to subjects or schedules can only be made prior to the start of a new month. TinyCosmos reserves the right to adjust class times, schedules, or groupings as necessary to maintain balanced and effective learning environments.
Refund & cancellation policy
The down payment is strictly non-refundable. Should a parent choose to withdraw their child after classes have begun, no portion of the program fee will be refunded. In the rare event of tutor illness or emergency, TinyCosmos will provide either a make-up session or a credit toward a future class.
